Upon arrival at our hotel, your pet will be greeted with eco-friendly bowls filled with dry food and fresh water, ensuring comfort and nourishment from the very first moment. To provide your pet with the ultimate relaxation, we offer premium self-heating pet mats, making sure they sleep soundly and comfortably.
Cleanliness and hygiene are paramount at Golden Star City Resort. We meticulously clean and sterilize pet-friendly rooms after departure, using a specialized dry steam device at 180°C to guarantee the highest standards of sanitation. Room cleaning can be arranged at your convenience, provided your pet is not in the room during the service.
To make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, we offer extensive local pet services and exclusive discounts at nearby pet shops. Cat litter boxes, recycled poop bags, gloves, and pet diapers are available upon request. Additionally, we offer a selection of pet accessories and a variety of dog shampoos at an extra charge.
Hotel Pet Policy
For a smooth check-in, please present your pet’s passport and up-to-date health booklet upon arrival. These documents will be securely kept for one month in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Pets are welcome exclusively in designated pet-friendly rooms. Kindly note that pets are not permitted in specific areas marked with signage, such as restaurants and spa facilities.
We kindly ask you to hang the designated pet sign on your room door to indicate the presence of your pet. For everyone’s comfort and safety, pets must always be leashed or kept in a cage while in public hotel areas.
Each room can accommodate up to two pets, with a combined maximum weight of 15 kg. Pets must sleep exclusively on the provided pet mats and are not permitted on the hotel beds.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets must be well-behaved, friendly towards people and other animals, and should not be aggressive. In case of aggressive behavior, a muzzle must be used.
Pets must be clean, odor-free, and quiet, without disturbing other guests. They should not run freely or climb on hotel furniture. Pet access is restricted at our Blue Flag-certified beach. However, pets can stay in the hotel’s beach area under your umbrella with mandatory leash use.
The daily pet accommodation fee is €21. Certified guide dogs stay free of charge.
